Homestead Fort Lauderdale - Tamarac

I got there my room was not ready. The clerk was not friendly at all.

The hole facility need to be update it to meet the standards that the Homesteads Hotel around the country bring.

I was not expecting this hotel to be very good because it was
one star. I was pleasantly surprised as to the cleanliness of the room and the quality of accommodations. The kitchen was an added bonus. They do not have daily maid service and that would have helped. I had to get fresh towels from the front desk myself. The external appearance of the hotel is much better than the interior.

This hotel I would not recommend to my worse enemy. They really need to use some of the money to fix up the place, especially when you can not lock your front door to your room for 2 nights in a row, the AC was not working, the refrigerator not working, stove sparking a firer this will be only a last resort when I am homeless with no car to sleep in. I know a 1 star hotel would be better I travel at least 16 time or more a year on business this is the worse for a older woman & grand kids. ...read more

Clean, comfortable with cooking facilities and convenient location.

The hotel was relatively new, easy to get to and clean. Room service is on a weekly basis, I only stayed one night which was ok. I would stay again.

One of the nicest hotels
I have ever stayed at. The staff was very professional, organized and friendly. No daily maid service. I loved that!

The hotel is in a nice area of Fort Lauderdale, but the rooms needs major improvement.
